Equal Employment Opportunity Statement
Workforce Alliance acts as a conduit between job seekers and employers. Workforce Alliance does not make any direct hiring decisions for opportunities posted on the Workforce Alliance Website. Workforce Alliance does provide administrative and consultative advice to clients in conducting effective recruiting and hiring processes. It is the intent of Workforce Alliance to conduct all business in accordance with all applicable local, national and international laws, including but not limited to laws relating to labor and employment (including without limitation the U.S., Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures), data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property. Further Workforce Alliance endeavors to work only with employees who abide by all laws relating to equal employment opportunity and employment eligibility requirements.
Federal regulations require reporting of certain information on applications for employment. To assist Employers/Clients in that task, applicants are asked to complete a Self Identification questionnaire as part of the Workforce Alliance Information Record submittal process. Cooperation in completing this questionnaire is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. Declining to self-identity will not subject an applicant to any adverse treatment.
Workforce Alliance provides to Employers/Clients applicant demographic information separate from the employment application. Clients are advised to use the information provided in accordance with the provisions of laws, regulations and executive orders, including those that require information to be summarized and reported to the government.
It is the mission of Workforce Alliance to assist Employers/Clients in retaining the most qualified individuals without regard to race, color, gender, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law.
